We offer a money-back guarantee against non-posting, not an absolute guarantee that every tradeline will post. If your authorized-user status hasn't posted to two credit bureaus within the reporting period, and you haven't already asked to be removed from that tradeline, you're entitled to a full refund or an exchange — your choice.

We do not, however, guarantee any specific credit score outcome. We make no claims about score improvement or the removal of any item from your credit report, and your rating may in fact decline.
